2026 winter sales in Spain january to march

The 2026 sales in Spain will take place from Epiphany in early January to early March.

However, the dates depending on the autonomous community, depending on several factors, including tourist and border areas, and store density.

In most regions of Spain, the sales will take place from Wednesday, January 7, to Saturday, March 7, 2026.

However, there may be significant disparities between regions, as you can see below in our 2026 winter sales calendar by region.

Shortest Winter Sales Period in Spain in 2026

The region with the shortest sales is the Valencian Community, where, like almost everywhere else, they will begin on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, but will end in mid-February, on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

The Longest Winter Sales Periods in Spain in 2026

Seven Spanish regions will have extended sales, with Galicia and Madrid leading the way across all categories on different dates, followed by Extremadura, Rioja, and Cantabria, followed by Castilla-La Mancha and the Spanish Basque Country:

• Galicia from January 7 to April 7, 2026.
• Extremadura, Rioja, and Cantabria from January 7 to April 6 2026.
• Madrid from January 1 to April 6, 2026.
• Castilla-La Mancha and the Basque Country from January 7 to March 31, 2026.

Madrid, like every year, will begin the sales in Spain on the first day of 2026.

Galicia will be just behind on April 7, 2026.
