The latest anti-smoking law in Spain dates from the summer of 2025.
Its aim is to:
- Create smoke-free areas.

Since May 2025, smoking has already been prohibited in:
- University campuses, both indoors and outdoors.
- Sports centers (football pitches, padel courts, and others).
- Company vehicles or vehicles used for professional purposes.
